Missing 13-year-old Amber Courtney found safe

Police in Corner Brook have located missing teenager Amber Courtney and confirmed her safety.

Courtney is 13 years old, about 5-foot-2, weighing 121 pounds. She has dark brown eyes and mid-length red-brown hair and a pale complexion. She was last seen wearing black pants with red dragon designs on the front of the legs, a black hoodie and red and black high-top Nike sneakers.

Police locate missing 13-year-old girl in St. John’s

Police have located missing teenager Shelby Yetman-Morgan and confirmed her safety.

On Tuesday, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary received a missing person report concerning the 13-year-old girl. Shelby was last seen in the area of Burger King on Topsail Road, St. John’s, sometime on Nov 29.

Yetman-Morgan is described as being 5-foot-4, 145 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair with highlights. When last seen, she was wearing a white cropped hoodie, ash coloured pants and Blundtstone boots.

The RNC Major Crime Unit is continuing the search and is seeking the assistance of the general public. Anyone who has any information pertaining to the whereabouts of Shelby Yetman-Morgan is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Jennifer Hillier-Penney’s disappearance remains unsolved six years later

It has been six years since the disappearance of Jennifer Hillier Penney. The Northern Peninsula woman’s missing persons case has long been deemed suspicious by RCMP but throughout the years, they’re yet to make an arrest and believe there is more information out there that could lead to one.

Missing girl Madison Jerrett located

Police have confirmed that missing teenager Madison Jerrett has been located.

The RNC received a missing person report Tuesday, Nov. 22, shortly after 6 p.m. Jerrett had last been seen on Monday, Nov. 21, at approximately 7 p.m. in the area of McGrath Place East in St. John’s.
