An assault outside the Village Mall yesterday afternoon landed one man in cuffs. Around 3:15, RNC responded to the mall’s parking lot and through investigation, arrested a 27-year old man and charged him with 2 counts of assault with a weapon, uttering threats, causing a disturbance, and breach of orders.
