Man Arrested for Damaging Vehicles in Traffic

Around 10pm on Sunday, June 21st, RNC responded to a report of a man who was stopping traffic and causing damage to the vehicles as they tried to pass. Officers arrested the 36-year old and charged him with Property Damage and Resisting Arrest. He was held for court.
