Wet roads and numerous flight delays this morning

Roads are wet across most of the province this morning. There are some areas of fog on the Avalon Peninsula. Marine Atlantic and provincial ferries are on schedule. Woman arrested for committing indecent act in St. John’s

On Thursday evening, the RNC responded to the downtown area of St. John’s regarding a report of suspicious activity. After conducting an investigation, a 40-year-old female was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act. She was held to appear in Provincial Court this morning.
