Arrest warrant issued for Andrew Rich

Sheshatshiu RCMP is looking to arrest 25-year-old Andrew Rich, who is actively avoiding police. Rich is wanted in relation to a charge of arson. Police believe he may be in the communities of Sheshatshiu or Happy Valley-Goose Bay and are asking the public for their assistance locating him.
