On the west coast, roads are wet. Parts of central, the south coast, and the Avalon Peninsula are seeing fog. Across Labrador, roads are dry with good visibility. CBSA apologizes to passengers stranded at Gander Airport

Canada Border Services Agency is issuing an apology to passengers on a flight that was diverted to Gander this week. More than 250 people bound for Paris were forced to spend the night on the floor and small benches.
