Haggie to launch provincial Crime Dashboard

Minister of Justice and Public Safety John Haggie will hold a virtual media availability today to discuss the launch of an online crime dashboard. There is no word on what the dashboard will look like. They do exist in other areas and typically feature multiple statistics including the crime rate and number of incidents.

Good driving conditions this morning

Roads are largely dry across the province with a few wet sections this morning. There are areas of fog on the Avalon Peninsula and along the south coast. Marine Atlantic and ferries in the provincial network are operating on time this morning. There are no flight delays in St. John’s, Gander, or Deer Lake.
