Monday, September 14th just before 11am, RNC responded to a disturbance at a business in downtown St. John’s. The suspect had fled on foot, but was found and arrested by police. The 48-year old woman faces charges of uttering threats, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and property damage.
