Cruise ship arrives in St. John’s today

The cruise ship, Aurora, will arrive in the Port of St. John’s at 8:00 a.m. today and will depart at 6:00 p.m. The ship carries 1950 passengers. During cruise ship visits, parking is limited on Harbour Drive to accommodate tour operators and other passenger transportation.

Roads are wet across most of the Island

Roads are wet across most of Newfoundland this morning, with some areas of fog along parts of the south coast. In Labrador, roads are mostly dry with good visibility. Both Marine Atlantic and provincial ferries are operating on schedule. Flights in St. John’s, Gander, and Deer Lake are on time.
