UPDATE: Westbound lanes of TCH reopen after tractor trailer accident
Police advise the westbound lanes of the Trans-Canada Highway near Clarenville have reopened.

RCMP detachments and Traffic Services officers across the island of Newfoundland are reporting hazardous and deteriorating road conditions and limited visibility due to snow. Increasing winds are also impacting travel conditions.
