St. John’s city manager receives more than $428K upon retirement

St. John’s City Manager Kevin Breen, who spent more than 30 years with city hall, has retired. Breen hasn’t been in the role lately with Derek Coffey filling in as acting city manager. Today, the city released details on his payout, which Deputy Mayor Ron Ellsworth says totals over $428,000 dollars.
