Judge reviewing new joint submission for five-year sentence Rodney Constantine impaired driving causing death case
There was another attempt Thursday to sentence a man found guilty of impaired driving causing death. But the judge still would not give a decision in the Rodney Constantine case until he’s had time to review the details of a new joint sentencing submission. NTV’s Marykate O’Neill reports.
