Jennifer Hillier-Penney case one of most expensive RCMP investigations in province’s history
Dean Penney was found guilty this weekend of first-degree murder of his estranged wife, Jennifer Hillier-Penney. The 12-person jury delivered their verdict on Sunday, after one of the most expensive RCMP investigations in the province’s history.
