Jennifer Hillier-Penney case one of most expensive RCMP investigations in province’s history
Dean Penney was found guilty this weekend of first-degree murder of his estranged wife, Jennifer Hillier-Penney.
The 12-person jury delivered their verdict on Sunday, after one of the most expensive RCMP investigations in the province’s history.
NTV’s Becky Daley was in the courtroom in Corner Brook when it happened, and has this report.
