Woman Smashing Car Windows on Livingstone Street Arrested

Tuesday, July 28th at 12:30am, RNC responded to the Livingstone Street area of St. John’s, where a woman was reportedly smashing windows out of vehicles. On the scene, officers arrested the 27-year old woman for property damage and breach of court order. She was held to appear in court this morning.
