Man facing charges following disturbance in St. John’s

On Thursday afternoon, the RNC responded to a residence in the downtown area of St John’s to a report of a domestic disturbance in progress. Officers spoke to the complainant, and as a result, a 40-year-old male was arrested and charged with assault, uttering threats, and mischief. The accused was held to appear in court.
