Man arrested after smashing window at St. John’s City Hall

The RNC responded to a report of property damage at St. John’s City Hall at 12:30 a.m. this morning. When officers arrived, they observed a broken window and arrested an irate male on the property. The 18-year-old male was arrested and taken to the St. John’s lockup, where he was charged with property damage.
