Trouble Between Neighbours Escalates to Criminal Charges

Tuesday evening, RNC were called to a disturbance in downtown St. John’s, where one person reported ongoing issues with a neighbour. After investigating, police arrested a 47-year old man, who now faces two counts of mischief, four counts of uttering threats, causing a disturbance, and breach of release order.
