Northern Peninsula motorists asked to watch out for caribou
The province is warning drivers on the Northern Peninsula to keep their eyes on the road for caribou.
The Department of Forestry, Agriculture and Lands advises there have been caribou herd sightings between Eddies Cove East, Cooks Harbour and the St. Anthony Airport, as well as from St. Anthony to Main Brook on routes 430 and 432.
