Canada Lands Company unveils plans for Phase 2 of Pleasantville development
It’s an area of the east of St. John’s that has been a hotbed for developers. Plans for the former Bally Haly golf course have already been making news. Now, Phase 2 of another development is on the horizon right next door in Pleasantville. NTV’s Jodi Cooke reports.
