Severe storm causes major problems in Trepassey

Strong winds, heavy rain and high tide made for a frightening evening as much of the Avalon was hit by a messy storm. In Trepassey, the situation was even more terrifying when the breakwater gave way, cutting off the lower coast from the rest of the town. NTV’s Marykate O’Neill has the story.
