Tories accuse Liberals of misleading public on size of deficit with tobacco settlement

The PC Party is crying foul over the province’s use of a large tobacco settlement as a windfall against this year’s deficit.  Newfoundland and Labrador is expected to receive more than half a billion dollars from a tobacco companies for the impacts they have had on our health care system.
