Thursday afternoon the RNC were called to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the west end of St John’s.

A 13-year-old male was said to have assaulted two individuals. Officers located and identified the youth as being responsible for the assaults.

He was arrested and charged with two counts of assault.

The accused was held to appear in court this morning.
