The Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Labour and workers across the province will gather on Sunday to mark the National Day of Mourning.

On the Day of Mourning, the labour movement remembers the workers who have lost their lives and advocates for strong and enforceable laws, and safe and healthy workplaces.

Events will take place in St. John’s, Grand Falls-Windsor, Corner Brook and Labrador City.
