Criminal charges have been laid by RCMP Newfoundland and Labrador against 24-year-old Scott Rich of Sheshatshiu in relation to multiple fires set in the community of Sheshatshiu on Aug. 22. Sheshatshiu RCMP is looking to arrest wanted man, 38-year-old Matthew Andrew. Andrew is wanted in relation to three counts of failing to comply with a release order and is currently evading police. Anyone having information about the current location of Matthew Andrew is asked to contact Shehshatshiu RCMP at 709-497-8700.
