Impaired driver in collision in St. John’s
On Monday evening, the RNC received a call of a collision in the east end of St. John’s involving two vehicles.
Responding officers determined that one of the drivers involved was impaired by alcohol. The 69-year-old male was charged with impaired operation of a vehicle and over 80.
He was released to appear in court at a later date. His driver’s license was suspended, and his vehicle was impounded.
There were no injuries.
