NL Health Services has announced the name of the new hospital in Corner Brook.
The new hospital, currently under construction, will share the name with the current hospital in the city. It will be named the Western Memorial Regional Hospital.
The health authority conducted consultation with community partners and advisors and there was strong support to carry forward the name.
