Fred Hutton will be officially sworn in today as the MHA for the District of Conception Bay East-Bell Island.
The ceremony will take place at 10:00 a.m. in the House of Assembly Chamber and will be streamed live on the House of Assembly website, Facebook and YouTube.
Hutton won the by-election which took place on January 30, beating three other candidates.
