MUN releases eight-year plan to fix crumbling infrastructure

Memorial University has released an eight year plan to address deferred maintenance. The plan will see an additional $70 million go towards addressing manage, constructing a new data centre and starting an emergency fund. NTV’s Bailey Howard has more in this report.
