Man in custody for arson, another for firearms offences amid police investigation at Cochrane Pond Park

A 52-year-old man has been charged with arson following a vehicle fire in Cochrane Pond Park this weekend. A 68-year-old man was also charged with firearms offences. But the investigation continues with seven more suspicious fires in recent weeks. NTV’s Bailey Howard has the story.
