19-Year Old’s License Suspended After Speeding Nearly 60km/h Over Limit

Sunday, April 26th, RNC observed a vehicle travelling at 159km/h in a 100km/h zone on the Outer Ring Road. The 19-year old male was ticketed, had his license suspended, and vehicle impounded.
