A 47-year-old woman is deceased following a single-vehicle crash that occurred last night on Route 335 near Stoneville.

Shortly after 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, RCMP received a report of the crash by a passerby.  The driver, who was the lone occupant, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.  She died at the scene.

A Collision Analyst with RCMP Traffic Services attended the scene and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is engaged.

The investigation is continuing.
