Snow, wind set the stage for Valentine’s Day across NL
An intense area of low pressure will move across the Province between Thursday night and Friday. Significant snowfall and high wind speeds are expected in many places. However, eastern regions will see the snow melt to ice pellets Friday morning before ending by midday.
