Today is St. George’s Day and as such, the City offices in St. John’s will be closed.
There are some exceptions, all recreation facilities will be open as will the washrooms at Bannerman Park, Bowring Park and Quidi Vidi Lake.
Garbage and recycling collection will go ahead as scheduled. Robin Hood Bay will be open for commercial users only.
As Monday is not a Shops Closing holiday, all City paid parking by-laws are still in effect.
