At the last St. John’s City Council meeting, the council approved the new Recreation Master Plan for the City.
Recommendations from the plan will be used to prioritize investment in recreation infrastructure over the next decade.
The plan was composed of 37 tactical actions and three decision-making frameworks.
Actions include providing inclusive opportunities for all residents, supporting community-led programs, ensuring equitable service delivery, a geographic balance in services and more.
