Early on New Year’s Day, the RNC was called to a report of an intoxicated person outside of a business in St. John’s.

He was attempting to gain entry into the business and was throwing items at the glass in an attempt to get inside.

Officers observed a broken window and items on the ground upon arrival.

The accused was arrested and charged with mischief and was held for court.
