Province reaches tentative collective agreement with Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Association

The province has reached a tentative collective agreement with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Association. This collective agreement is subject to ratification by approximately 400 RNCA members. The RNCA will be presenting this tentative agreement to membership in the coming weeks. Details on the collective agreement will be released upon ratification.
