A 31-year-old man has been arrested after the RNC was called to a threats complaint at a residence in the center city of St. John’s.

When officers arrived on the scene, they located the suspect outside in the roadway.

The man was charged with uttering threats, property damage and carrying a concealed weapon.

He was taken to the St. John’s lockup.
