Shortly before 2:00 a.m. this morning, the RNC were on patrol in the area of St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital when they were alerted to a disturbance in the parking lot.

An intoxicated male had damaged a vehicle and threatened to kill an individual.

The 22-year-old male was arrested and charged with uttering threats and mischief. The male was held to appear in court in the morning.
