At 10:30 pm on Sunday evening, the RNC conducted a traffic stop in Goulds

Officers noticed that the passenger in the vehicle had an outstanding warrant.

The 23-year-old male was arrested and was charged with two new counts of breaching a court order as well as public mischief.

The male was taken to the city lockup to be held there until he appears before the court in the morning.
