Ribbon-cutting ceremony at new Mental Health and Addictions Hospital
The new Mental Health and Addictions Hospital opened over a week ago, but today there was a ribbon cutting ceremony. As NTV’s Beth Penney tells us, it was one of the final events for outgoing Premier Andrew Furey.
