Effective Tuesday, some forest access roads in the Lake Melville area will be closed to vehicular traffic to protect the roads from damage during the spring thaw period.

The roads are the South Branch Resource Road, Goose River Resource Road, Groves Point Road, and eight kilometres in the Grand Lake Resource Road System at the second gate.

These roads will be closed until further notice. Roads remain open to snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles.
