NTV News has learned about problems being faced by some healthcare workers and visitors to St. Clares Mercy Hospital. and today the health authority says its taking steps to address the security challenges

Some staff and patients have complained about issues around safety in designated parking areas, safe needle disposal, vehicular break-ins and assaults on or near hospital property.
