Family speaks out after married couple separated in long-term care system

It’s a hard reality for many couples in the long-term care system: being separated after decades of marriage. One family is now speaking out, saying it’s time for government to act. Jim and Teresa Woolfrey have found themselves split apart after almost 70 years together. NTV’s Marykate O’Neill reports.
