A 49-year-old male has racked up more tickets after a traffic stop in the east end of St. John’s on Wednesday morning.

Officers conducted a traffic stop and determined that the driver had in excess of $10,000 in outstanding fines.

He was ticketed for operating a vehicle without insurance, operating a vehicle with expired registration and failing to transfer ownership.

The vehicle was impounded.
