On Tuesday evening the RNC conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on Torbay Road in St. John’s after they observed the vehicle driving an excessive speed.

The vehicle was clocked driving 107 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone.

The 24-year-old male driver was given a ticket for speeding, his license was suspended and his vehicle was impounded.
