The RNC were called to the Emergency Department of St. Clare’s Hospital just before 3:00 a.m. this morning to a report of a disturbance.

Once on scene, police arrested a 34-year-old intoxicated female for assault and uttering threats. She was transported to the lock-up and held to appear in court.
