Grand Falls-Windsor Labour Day parade sees resurgence as party leaders’ attendance signals election around the corner

Monday is Labour Day, which marked a resurgence for North America’s longest-running parade in central Newfoundland. There were signs of a provincial election around the corner with Liberal and PC leaders on hand for the 107th Labour Day parade in Grand Falls-Windsor. NTV’s Colleen Lewis reports.
