18-Year-Old Ticketed for Performing a “Burnout” on Kenmount Road

On July 2nd at 9:40pm, RNC patrol officers observed a driver performing a “burnout” in the middle of Kenmount Road in St. John’s. The 18-year old driver was ticketed for stunt driving, had his license suspended, and the vehicle was impounded.
