Youth charged with uttering threats in St. John’s

The RNC were called to a report of uttering threats on Tuesday afternoon in St. John’s. Officers responded and conducted an investigation that resulted in the arrest of a youth. The accused was charged with uttering threats and multiple breaches of court orders.
