Age officially lowered for breast cancer screening to 40
For every 1,000 breast screenings in this province, five of them will have a positive cancer result. While those numbers are on par with the rest of Canada, this province is aligning itself with other provinces by reducing age restrictions for who can get a screening. NTV’s Jodi Cooke has more.
